What happens when it rains?
Drag the day's jobs to a new day in the calendar. Customers still get their day-before reminder, and you can send a templated text or email any time.
Can I run mowing rounds and one-off jobs together?
Yes. Set weekly, fortnightly or monthly repeats and those mows schedule and invoice themselves. Hedge trims, tidy-ups and landscaping sit in the same calendar.
How do landscaping quotes work?
Book a site visit. Your notes, photos and checklist save to the booking, so you can see them before you price the job and text the quote.
Can my crew see only their own jobs?
Yes. Role-based staff access can limit each person to their own jobs and hide pricing. They see job notes, gate codes and checklists in the Taskly mobile app.
How can customers pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna or bank transfer. Take a deposit, payment upfront, or invoice after the job with automatic reminders. Xero sync is on Team and Business plans.
