Can customers accept a quote on their phone?
Yes. Quotes go out by text or email with a secure link. Customers open it on any device, tick any optional extras and accept online. No PDF and no login.
Does Taskly handle GST?
Yes. Choose GST-inclusive or exclusive pricing on any quote or invoice and set a default per customer. GST is calculated at 15%.
Can I take a deposit when a quote is accepted?
Yes. Take full payment upfront, a deposit, or invoice after the job. Automatic reminders follow up on anything unpaid.
Do invoices sync with Xero?
Yes. Invoices and payments sync both ways with Xero in real time on the Team and Business plans.
