Is Taskly priced in New Zealand dollars?
Yes. Every plan is priced and billed in NZD. Solo covers up to 2 users for $49 a month billed annually ($59 monthly), Team up to 5 for $89 ($109 monthly) and Business up to 10 for $139 ($179 monthly). Extra users are $20 a month.
Does Taskly work with Xero?
Yes. Team and Business include a two-way Xero sync, built into Taskly. There’s no Zapier or other connector to set up.
Can Taskly handle regular cleans and one-off jobs?
Yes. Set up recurring jobs for your regulars, and quote end-of-lease, move-out and deep cleans with optional extras. Customers accept the quote and pay a deposit if you ask, then you schedule the job.
How can my customers pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, bank transfer or direct debit. Take full payment upfront, a deposit when they accept the quote, or invoice after the job, with automatic reminders. Card fees can be passed on.
