We'll instantly show you all available professionals in your area, with fixed prices. Pay online and complete your booking in seconds, it's that easy!
We have professionals available all across New Zealand from 7 am to 10 pm most days, and we’re adding more to our network every week. If you cannot see any professionals in your area yet, be sure to check back soon!
Once your booking has been made, you’ll be able to manage it within the Taskly portal. Our portal allows you to contact your professional directly via messenger. You can also self-cancel with no fee up to 24 hours before the booking start date - in case you change your mind, book a different service, or change your date/time.
We understand that plans can change. Depending on the progress of the booking, different options are available. Our cancellation policy has been designed to protect and compensate both our professionals and customers and cover the costs involved in the event of a cancellation close to the booking start time.
When you complete your booking you will be redirected to Stripe to pay online. Once payment has been made, your booking will be secured. Taskly will hold the payment on your service providers behalf until the service has been completed.
